REWIRE’s vision is that every person who has been racialized as white will participate in a developmental process of unlearning and uprooting racism, personally and systemically. Our goal is that more and more people who identify as white will experience a shift in identity which allows them to reclaim their own wholeness and participate in changing the systems which perpetuate white supremacy.

REWIRE is values-centered work which considers each individual to be a teacher as well as a learner. We center people's humanity and assume goodwill on each person’s part. We admit
our own biases, validate feelings and prioritize process. We listen to understand and speak to be understood.

Our trained and skillful facilitators are expanding our capacity to
reach even more people, new communities, and new congregations.
