About.

REWIRE is designed to meet white people where they are, and by applying a developmental model, to walk with them, as they become
aware of their cultural conditioning and decolonize their consciousness.

Where We Began

The work on whiteness in Tulsa began at the YWCA and moved to All Souls. Over the last decade, All Souls has experimented and gained experience in creating and presenting content, developing facilitators and supporting a sustainable model for individual and organizational
lifelong growth and transformation.

Our Goal

Our goal is the ending of white supremacy through the transformation of consciousness and participants’ willingness to take action in its dismantling.
